ANDY WILSON
This was Andy's first race on the LC. He was just getting used to it that day and had a good race with Allan No314 at the back. Its not where you are that counts its having a good race that makes a good day. "Its no fun riding on your own even if you are at the front, better to tussle"
The reason for Andy being at the back is simple, The bike was runing a 18/50 sprocket set up. This is way over at the front and the bike would not even rev out in 5th gear down the straight. I can see a 16/39 sprocket set up making its way to Andy bike before his next race at Mallory. But even with this he still held his own with No 314 the other pell bike.
The bike is an Ex pell rent a race bike.
It runs a 350 back wheel with Avon Am22's 130 rear and 110 front. It has 250 carbs and an air box with the top of. It has been fitted Air cooled Takho and a Scitsu temp gauge. It runs 2 drilled disks with braded line and clipons. It has moded pipes with the baffle plate inside drilled.

Andy has not looked at the bike since getting it so doesn't know what has been done to it yet. He will let his pall jerry do any work that needs to be done.
Andy from North Hampton is no Novis and no stranger to racing. He is good palls with Jerry pell and races the Manx on his Honda Drixton and the TT on his 1966 Suzuki T20.

Andy races his Honda Drixton with the C.R.M.C (Classic racing motor cycle club). He used to race LC's back in the 80's and is giving this one a go as lests face it 2 strokes rool and 4 strokes drool. He will only race teh new LC local at Mallory with what ever club is racing the day he fancies a race.
