When it loads if you look closely at the MKII to your right you will notice the YPVS on the side panel insted of Energy induction and if you look even closer at the engine you can just see the letters YPVS on the barrel . They are infact on the servo cable housing, this is a French bike that was not restricted to the 12BHP limit for the learner market in the UK. The rest of Europe new it as the MKII LCII not the MKIII. The white and blue one further along was the only colour to be added it ran along side the white and red and black one.
